Intervention in the existing building, with two different interventions. On the one hand, the replacement of all the aluminum carpentry, the reform of all the interior spaces of the original and oldest building of the school to improve the functioning at the level of space distribution, compliance with accessibility requirements and renovation of the facilities. obsolete. And on the other hand, a small extension, in the same original building, in order to accommodate the program of toilets, outdoor classrooms and porch for the little ones, all solving access to the play areas. With these new elements, the entire exterior area that borders the children's classrooms is remade to guarantee accessibility to the current play areas. The fundamental objective of the intervention is to improve the general functioning of the center, approaching as much as possible to the program demands that a newly created center might require.
